FedEx Ground (Mid-America Regional Office)

bought a lawn mower on amazon, 110 lb shipping weight, fed ex ground was supposed to deliver today. I was waiting at home, I received an email that they were unable to deliver because I wasnt home!!! No call, no knock on the door, my dog never barked, and NO NOTE on the door, in other words, the lazy driver never even tried to deliver it! called the 800# talked to an offshore call center who assured me they could not contact the driver and it will be delivered on monday and I should take a day off OR I could pick it up at their facility! Also refused to send me to supervisor. I had it shipped because I cant pick it up!

If I could give a negative star review I would! I have tried several times to reach and get in contact with someone from a ground facility or a regional manager and I have been told there is no way to reach them. Our ground driver leaves packages in our buildings main lobby even after our building management has left a sign saying all packages need to be delivered directly to recipients suite and now they are leaving them in the main lobby right in front of the sign. They also sign for items themselves or bypass as alcohol is delivered pretty regularly so leaving it in a lobby as a free for all is not exactly ideal.

Just had a fedex truck driver speed really fast threw my apartment complex and sounded like they jumped the speed bump.
