FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Did not know you could order online for same day until the end of my order in person. So they transfered it to their Gladstone location for pickup tomorrow, Saturday. I called the Gladstone location to see if I could pick it up earlier...they said it was sitting there finished, but the Liberty location said to make me wait till tomorrow because I didn't pay for same day. The order is completed and sitting there! These people are absolute idiots. Beware! They do not care a bit about customer service! Go anywhere else!

Employees to busy flirting with females to make any transactions quick. This store is practically useless since they cannot take anything with lithium batteries.

Cathy was extremely welcoming, personable, funny & helpful. I will always return back here! Also, the guy she was working with (his name slips my mind) he was awesome as well! Great store! Leadership should be proud! You don't get that service anymore & definitely not inside of a Walmart. Kudos, kudos.
