Attic Storage of North Kansas City

Wanted to update: I have had a unit here for at least 2 years. Its been so long I dont actually remember when I started my lease here but this place basically fam now. They helped me when I was an idiot and lost the keys to the lock on my unit and were very considerate of the security of my belongings as we transitioned to a new lock. Nobody ever said what Im sure all were thinking in that I should be more careful with my keys! Ha! Ms. Barbara is awesome though so thats probably why. They also recently updated the keypad, was pleasantly surprised! Its super fancy and addresses you by name now! If you need storage you should rent from Attic Storage! Ive never been disappointed and my previous review below still applies! Im very happy with my storage unit here. I have a climate controlled and I feel like its very reasonably priced and the facility is top notch honestly. I was really impressed with the drive up entrance and have had a very pleasant experience! Also too, I feel like its important to mention that I have never once felt unsafe here. Ive been here at dark before, alone, and everything was well lit and I felt snug as a bug in a rug. I appreciate that only tenants can use the gate, and you must stay current rent wise or communicate to keep your code active, so that keeps any drama out too. I am so relieved to have this extra space to store stuff since my apartment is kinda small. I have only met with the office people at the beginning to obtain my lock and unit and the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Their online platform for bill pay is very user friendly so I have never had to call the office since that day, but I appreciate that they are readily available if you have an emergency or problem.

One of the best storage places weve ever used/seen! Barbara is helpful, extremely nice, thoughtful and goes above and beyond in all that she does for her customers. Its nice that you can choose either climate controlled or regular units. Highly recommend.

I've been using attic storage on and off for years. Barbara is very knowledgeable in her work, as well as helpful. Everything is very clean and accommodating.

I've just rented a storage unit here and my experience was excellent. Barbara, the manager, was a delight and very efficient. The facility is clean, well kept, and affordable, and seems very secure.
