Sandwiches have progressively gotten smaller, prices have not.

Well, the shop closed on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM due to staff shortage. I would suspect the real reason is that theyre just not busy enough on a Friday night. Ive been there twice (first and last time) and will never go back. Good luck!

Sir, most of our staff are teenagers and are out of town for spring break. Also, being Good Friday, we had many staff members who wanted to be at church tonight leaving us with two people to run on Friday night. So we closed for the evening. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we do the best we can. Sincerely, Capriottis management.

First time coming, and the nice person behind the counter who helped me was very friendly, patient and explained the menu for me. I didn't know this place was here and am excited to come back again
I messed up my order, and I asked to switch sandwiches. Very accommodating, they were able to switch the sandwich to what I needed, and even made sure I wanted peppers on my sandwich or to the side. Very happy with my experience, and wish I could tip then more.
Vegetarian options: Impossible meat in one of the sandwiches was unexpected but awesome because I've not been able to eat 'meat' in years.
