This company did a great job on our home. The number one person was a girl, Melissa. She made the guy that came out first look as if he just graduated Roofing school. Melissa represented Volta in the best way possible. She didnt promise and not fulfill. The Team they had doing the work was very respectful of the time they came and cleaned up all the mess from the job. You can't go wrong with Volta and Melissa as your representative.

I recently had a different company install a metal roof on my screened porch. The gutters were dripping excessively and Volta came to give me an estimate. The friendly and knowledgeable employee that came showed me the other company didn't use a felt underneath and educated me on the need. Volta scheduled the job quickly and fixed the issues completely and professionally. I would highly recommend!! Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Overall we provide a 5 star rating but that does not mean everything was perfect. Volta sales rep was very knowledgeable on the process and with engagement. Roofing crew was very organized and precise, only a few plants and shrubs got a little smashed and are now coming back to life. There was one small area where siding was lifted and we had to address that issue. We coordinated with Volta's management and owner and they were very receptive to addressing the issue to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the information folder as it was thorough and very well thought out. We understand that the ridge vents were recommended but we opted to stay with the box vents and they installed all new ones. We did notice that there was an opportunity to provide clarity to the customer in the information folder and sales pitch and we discussed these proposed tweaks with the owner - he was more than happy to integrate those enhancements. We would go with Volta again and we highly recommend you consider them for your full roofing job.
