        My family of 4 @ 5:00 so they weren't that busy... Sat for at least 10 minutes and finally had to ask for a waiter. Food finally arrived approximately 35 minutes later, mine was cold, my boys was wrong altogether and had to be sent back. The wife finally had enough after anther 15 minutes of waiting for the reorder and ask for the manager. Food finally came out and was lukewarm. Bottomless chips and salsa... had to ask twice for it, and drink fills were non-existent. Love dining at Chili's but will NEVER waste my time here again. The absolute worst Chili's experience I've ever had. Very poor service !

        The Honey Chipotle Crispers are the best thing on the menu. Dip them in ranch, and you just took a mini trip to heaven.

        Tons of missing ingredients! This place has gone down hill! Will never order from them again....and don't try to call or email corporate because they don't care. No response received...Shame on you!
