        Kathleen Spiking is a great agent to work with and she was able to find the perfect subdivision and builder. She handled many of the coordination between developer and buillder so I can focus on work and personal life. She takes time to follow-up with a meticulous schedule and relays information back to the buyer. Additionally, Kathleen is very informative with documentation and will give her unbiased opinion if asked so a potentail home buyer can make their own decicion that best fits their lifestyle. I would recommend Kathleen to anyone and will work with her in the future. Thanks Kat!
