We have too many good things to say about Kaitlyn to write just one review! Where to begin? Kaitlyn came prepared from day 1 and was reliable and helpful to the very end. She had done her research and got us comps for surrounding houses, that way we had full assurance on what price we listed our home at. Communication was clear the whole way through. Kaitlyn sent email updates to guide us through the process, and was always willing to take our call or respond quickly to a text. Kaitlyn has an approachable personality, always lent a listening ear, and was our best supporter and encourager to us through the entire process. We had several offers over asking, and I firmly believe it was all due to Kaitlyns hard work. The personal touch she gives her clients, whether it be a closing gift or simply the marketing materials used to promote the home is unmatched and means so much. Kaitlyn not only helped us with the sell of our Kansas City house, but also provided us with direction and support on our buy side in a different state.
