It would be really urban cool if they took care of their urban properties, then maybe someone cool and urban would actually buy them. Grass is a foot high, theres random flyers on the door, hmmm I wonder why no one is going to look at this house.

I was so excited to hire Urban Cool based on their social media presence. Unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. Late to most calls and meetings and wish there was more initiative on the realtor's part.
