While looking for a home this year, I discovered REsource Homes. The search for a house was not particularly easy. There were many choices some good, some bad. There were numerous times that a house sold before the opportunity was there for an offer. There were many, many times that offers placed were not accepted. Through all of this Todd and Traci Bertz walked me through processes. Kept my optimism alive. Discovered properties for me that were great fits. Ultimately they helped me find the house that was truly for me. A house I love. The punch line is that even this house would not have closed in my favor if it hadn't been for the relationship that Todd had with the selling realtor. Traci, Todd and Angie are the best! They were encouraging, patient and assisted me in maneuvering through some challenging situations. Our realtor Angie was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted out of our new house. She was up to date on all the new listings, even some that were not "on the market" yet. She was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on in the areas we wanted to look. After we closed she was still reachable and willing to help. We even received a personal one month celebratory message from her! I would recommend Angie and REsource Homes to anyone who asked!
