Sheila listed her sister's house for sale this last weekend and had ZERO communication with myself and my realtor. I submitted an offer above asking price and made it clear that I was highly interested and would like for her to stay in touch so we know if a better offer needs to be made. All she told my realtor, "Just tell your buyer to bring his A game". What kind of realtor says that? And then we tried to reach out all day since all offers were to be submitted by 5:00PM. It wasn't until almost 10:00PM when she emailed everyone that they had accepted an offer. My agent was furious and wondered why she never reached back out. He had tried to call her numerous times, emailed her, and texted her throughout the day. When she finally responded her response was, "I sent an email". THAT WAS HER RESPONSE!!! After my agent made it clear that I really wanted the house that's all Sheila responded. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional realtor in my life. The lack of communication and unwillingness to work with me or my realtor is absurd. I hope everyone sees this post so they know if Sheila is a realtor selling a house, she will ignore you and do nothing to help you buy the home. And Sheila - I hope you see this so you know that what you did was beyond unprofessional and completely ridiculous. I would be ashamed.
