Lori B. Schwartz, PHD

Schwartz was ordered to do a psychological evaluation during my divorce. She not only failed to finish and sign her report but it read like a custody evaluation. She failed to contact any favorable collateral contacts. She was suggested by the Guardian Ad Litem who was working out of the same office as my spouses attorney! A serious conflict of interest. Due to my suspicions that she was a hired gun I recorded not only our sessions but took photos of my answers on the MMPI and other tests. When she realized our audio sessions were being recorded she kicked me out of her office while on crutches. When she invited me back to her office, I asked for copies of my answers on the MMPI, which, she refused to provide. After, importing the same answers into the same MMPI database created by a graduate studies research group it revealed that she had falsified her findings. Since this occurrence, I have found others in custody situations whove had similar experiences with Schwartz. Further, two KC divorce attorneys who detailed her unprofessional behavior in court motions, similar to what occurred with me, have oddly had their law licenses suspended. I feel that its due time for a class action lawsuit. Further, I feel that her behavior is deserving of criminal punishment. Please feel free contact me.

If you have a choice in the matter, please save your money and receive a psych evaluation from someone more qualified that will give you the proper diagnosis and will follow up with collaterals and review your previous medical records, therapy and psychiatrist notes. She will not touch base with your doctors, therapists or psychiatrist. She has also broken HIPPA by speaking to someone regarding my evaluation that she didnt receive an authorization for. I believe this doctor is only in it for the money. I had to go to a different professional to receive an accurate evaluation. Avoid her like the plague!
