The quality is wonderful. I've had many wedding photos printed here and have not been disappointed! Just know that they are a small business that is only open 3 days a week. I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.

Getting ahold of them is actually impossible which is just poor customer service to me. Id love to be a customer but needed some questions answered before just driving out there! I tried social media and calling an annoying amount of times so Im not sure what else to do!

Anabelle was so friendly and helpful. I'm getting a shoebox scan. So excited. The offerings in Heartland Imaging are surprising. Step inside! There are frames, games, signs, do it yourself collage photo albums, see the photos.

I submitted an order online and never received any communication, until over a week later. I certainly tried calling, but with no answer and their voicemail was full. Sent an email and still no timely response. I guess if you don't need/want your prints fast they might be good. I ordered elsewhere.
