        My appointment was at 9 am for two Shih Tzu cut and groom. She kept my dogs until 6pm and did no service. I was outside waiting in my car from 1 to 6pm. I would go in to follow up and they kept telling me to give them 30 more minutes. Finally at 6pm asked for my pets, I received them just as I had left them. They had them in a crate for 8 hours with no water. These people have the worst customer service and do not care for the animals. Ive received no apology or explanation for their actions.
