      image Pros - clean, friendly staff, all the equipment needed and sauna
      Cons- lots of the equipment needs the numbers to be repainted you cant tell what weight your lifting on the machines. other then that great place.
      Update - 3 years later and the numbers never got repainted this gym is closer to my home but I typically go to the one on ward parkway due to the number on the machine weight not being there still guess on the weight thats being lifted

      image No nonsense gym with a big sauna. The building and equipment are a little dated but there is plenty of machines and space to use free weights. The heating and cooling systems do not work great in the extreme heat and cold. Staff is always friendly; I prefer this location over the downtown spot.
