While I understand and appreciate the Covid protocols more notice being given about having to have these requirements would have been helpful. We purchased our tickets months ago. We have been fully vaccinated for months but my 9 year old son has not. We administered a home rapid Covid test because it said we needed a negative Covid test. He was negative but we still could not attend because it wasnt a specific type of test done by a medical professional. That information would have been nice to know. Not everyone knows what a PCR test is. Maybe putting something on the website stating what a PCR test is and that its not valid unless administered by a medical professional would be helpful? My son, who is on the Autism spectrum was very disappointed about not getting to see the show. To be fair we were given tickets to a later show so hopefully we can figure out what test is acceptable. We just had no idea that it had to be that certain test. Thank you for keeping everyone safe but maybe something that better explains the rules and if there are going to be protocols then maybe more than a few days notice?
