This places makes children sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Still waiting while they dont want the child to have any drinks or food hours before the appointment. About to walk out of here!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Waiting room and exam rooms are very well kept and set up.

PROS - The hearing specialists and docs are great; they gave me objective feedback and treatment options. The device specialist was kind, informative, and patient. CONS - I'm admittedly a stickler for administration, but the front desk team are inefficient, brusque, and I daresay unwelcoming. The practice just adopted a new intake system (Phreesia) but migrated NONE of the data over, so I had to enter all my information twice. As the last part of the intake process, I had to watch a three-screen advert for a prescription, acknowledge I'd seen it, and respond/decline the (thankfully optional) consumer survey about the content I'd just seen. I hope they can disable that feature as it's creepy and makes me question the overall motives of the practice.

Dr. Ursick has a great bedside manner and is always very patient with my son. My son was born with sensorineural hearing loss so we see Dr. Ursick every 6 months. His nurses are always kind and even though theres usually a wait, we never feel rushed during the visit.
