        I've been going here for a long time and have never had any issues until today. Not to give too much away, but I've been having irregularities, and I was waiting to return until I had a good grasp on how my body was reacting and this morning I called to reschedule - well over 24 hours in advance - and was met with the most awful response I think I've ever gotten from a healthcare receptionist. Absolutely disappointing. I feel like I should be able to be seen when it's comfortable for me to do so and not have to deal with arrogant receptionists in the process. Gross.
