I tried to make an appointment after filling out the paperwork online and no one had gotten back with me and its been roughly three months. And when I tried to call the lines were busy (I tried five times in a row).

I am neglected and not helped Ive been cancelled on and told the wrong time many times now. I have been told they can help me then next day told they cant. I will report to the public that the dr that decided she was just going to call out to go on a vacation out of no where knowing I had an urgent appointment and Im sure many others were canceled the same day as their appointment to be told the dr went out of town Theres a few front desk people that have not been very kind with me and giving attitude or treating me like I am stupid. And before you ask yes Ive asked others that go there and they feel the same way. May I also add when I asked to reschedule because of a bad end on their part I was told there was no availability conveniently. The worst place Ive ever been to. I will NOT accept this kind of behavior from anyone. Ive cried and cried absolutely worried for weeks, months and they keep screwing me over. Im very pissed
