The doc was great but the front desk staff were clueless, as one of the first things they said to me was that they are not in my network and I had to pay cash. I obtained the list of providers from my insurance company. Big opportunity for some customer service training. Also, when I was working out the scheduling details the person was not accommodating. We pay their salaries albeit through our insurance. If it wasn't for the doc I would be going someplace else.

Arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:45 apt as directed. Then, multiple patients arrived to check in as well after myself. At least two of them seemed to personally know the receptionist - one of them asking to see "baby pictures"... then, the ones who appeared to know staff got called back before me, despite arriving later. No communication was provided to me about my provider running late or anything like that, especially not up front during check in. 11:05 I asked if my provider was behind, to which the receptionist just said "yeah" and began to dismiss me... More and more patients keep getting called back before myself. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. It was completely noticeable - made me feel like I was being treated differently.
