        Amy is my go-to rockstar nail magician and beautiful friend. We have been together a decade and when she started at the lacquer room, she had never been happier. I love coming here and the staff is always wonderful. You can see how happy everyone is and the way they support each other on busy days is so wonderful. I always get the best care and feel valued.

        Ive been to the Lacquer Room a couple times now. Every time I have felt very rushed despite booking my appointments ahead of time. This past visit, my nail tech was blatantly checking the time and trying to get to her next client. She did not care about me at all. My nails were nothing like I wanted them and looked sloppy. I even showed her a picture and asked for specific colors and she flat out refused to give me what I want. I felt like I was constantly negotiating with her to get what I want. It was clear she wanted me in and out. Nail salons like this push you through like cattle and expect you to tip. Frustrating.
