Envy Nails and Spa

Did a natural spa pedicure for my birthday. If youre looking for a quick and efficient pedicure this is the spot. The attention to detail in terms of the painting and cleaning up of the nails was phenomenal. Massage and callus removal was shorter and more rushed than my usual nail salon but overall a good experience.

The worst, most rushed gel manicure Ive ever had from Sue. Asked for three coats, only got two; ridges on thumbs not buffed or evened; nail polish all over cuticles and skin around nails that had to get repaired by another tech at a more reputable spot. Got about ten steps out of the door before turning around bc edges were already lifting due to the sloppy work. These pictures were taken after only 12 hours. RUN. Literally go anywhere else downtown.

I waited a long time to write this review, hoping that someone would contact me after I sent an email and I got no response. I had an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding, I had everything but the design I requested because the person did not show. I was told I would be contacted later that day (this was a day before my wedding) and no one called, I called them back 2 times and they said no sorry he did show. Yet, they still charged me the whole thing. I was beyond upset. Luckily I found another salon that was able to get me in and do the design for me. I never went back.

Amazing nail salon! so so pretty inside and not to mention the work these guys do! I got my toes and nails done and they came out great. Cant wait for my next appointment!
