Do Not Trust them! They will tell you that you are approved, you will have the old owner sign the deed over and pay for the appraisal only for them to call you 33 days after pre approval and tell you your not approved for any type of loan.
Even talked to a supervisor Ryan Gum, the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Was screaming at me on the phone, and offered no options or reasons. Do not get a loan from this place. This was my first loan but I am pretty sure this is not how this is suppose to work.
