Meagan has been fantastic to work with and always has the best interest at heart. She is currently working so very hard against all obstacles and challenges to get the rehab project completed with many moving parts. She also has a lot of connections and is able to get a good estimate quickly for any kind of repairs etc. I very much appreciate that she thinks of every situation from the others point of view and is able to guide/advise in the best possible way. Friendly and knowledgeable always went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Megan allows to tour homes with no pressure but can answer any questions you have about the property. Megan is awesome to work.

If you're looking for someone that is willing to fight for you and knows not only the area but has knowledge of the system THAT'S MEAGAN KANG. We not only bought one house with Meagan but just closed on our SECOND!! She helped us navigate through all the road blocks and red tape that inevitably pops up during the process and fought for us to make sure we got a good deal, she didnt give up on us when road blocks emerged..she actually got tougher! Sent emails to others on our behalf and negotiated like a BOSS, eventhough she is a sweetheart when communicating with her. She tells it like it is, which is very important. Total package in a Real Estate agent
