Carlitos Mexican Food

I come in here a lot but after my more recent visits I dont think Ill be coming in here anymore. The place has new owners so everything keeps changing. With my most recent visit I had ordered chips and cheese dip as Ive always done but this time the chips were not chips but crushed up taco shells. Bland chips since taco shells arent salted. For the price, I could go to other places and get more food thats fresher.

Saturday, March 30, was our first time here. It was a phenomenal experience. The order taker took the time to go over Items on the menu as well as offer what was he favorite items. The food was beyond our expectations in taste and presentation. The owner later came out to see how we liked our choices. This type of atmosphere and service are rare these days and it is now one of our favorite restaurants.

I love Carlitos but everytime I go they are closed. Im not sure how a business functions with the hours they do.

This place microwaves your food. It tastes like cardboard at best. Nothing is fresh, or at least it doesn't taste fresh. It was really pricey and there is ZERO ambiance. It's like sitting in a doctor's office.
