Sonic Drive-In

Went to get the blackout drink because you get a free pair of solar eclipse glasses. While ordering I specifically asked if they still had the glasses in stock that came with the drink and Monte said yes they did. After paying I realize that I don't have my receipt or the glasses. When my husband asked them for the glasses the same person who originally told us they were in stock said they didn't have any. We hadn't started drinking the drinks yet so I asked if we could get a refund and another person, not Monte, said the the general manager of that location didn't allow them to do any refunds for any reason and that we should just call corporate and complain. I asked her for her name and she did not respond, I then asked if I could get my receipt because they hadn't given me one and again no one responded. I waited to see if and anyone would speak to me again and when no one did I left. I just wanted the glasses honestly, which is why I made a point to ask if they had them still because it's the night before I would have understood that completely and wouldn't have bought the drink. This store doesn't usually have great customer service unless you go early in the morning so I don't go here often but this was just really disappointing for me.
