If I could leave a lower star I would. The office staff cant stick to one story, says one thing and then when you come in says another. I went in to get a second opinion and was told by Dr Campbell that she thought my issue was something different from what my prior doctor diagnosed. So I go through the multiple steps to be told it was the same thing and to go back to the prior doctor since they cant help me. Dr. Campbells nurse, Holly, could use some training on friendliness and bedside manner. She always called with an attitude and making up her own medical opinions and then the Dr. would call back with her opinion. Stating nothing was wrong with me based on a test I took, but the Dr said otherwise. Didnt realize nurses could act like their doctors. If you want someone with half the education, the nurse, treating you come to this location.

Reviewing the Northland office on St.Clair:
After 11 years of treatments and medications by a different rheumatologist that did NOT help, I received a referral to Dr Shaw. Within 4 months I was in controlled remission for the first time in over 20 years. THANK YOU DR. SHAW!
The front office staff is very thorough and caring. They do their best to work with patients to insure they and their families have access to doctors as needed by being proactive regarding HIPPA forms, etc. My experience with them has been where I have been treated compassionately and respectfully.
The infusion room nurses are personable. The room is tidy and clean. The regular nurses may not always have the answers to my questions,but they usually will find out from the doctor while Im still in the building. They are very proficient in the art of infusion, and mixing meds.
Reviewing Financial Staff not at Northland, but who handle all offices:
Amazing, wonderful caring professionals who thoroughly understand their job and the many complexities of insurance, co-pay cards and situations that may arise. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!
