Jody, your scheduler shows no empathy for patients and sounds bothered to be working. Sometimes I don't want to schedule online, I may have a question. Her sheer annoyance with me after holding for 27 mins. on the phone was embarrasing for me. I have been going here for over 20 yrs., I will not be back.
