    My grandfather's doctor here was Johann Hall. While she was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, the office staff is terrible. The office staff doesn't answer the phone most of the time, their voicemails are always full and if they do answer the phone they tell you they'll take care of what you need, but never do, so you have to make repeated telephone calls to get anything done. The doctor said she was going to order lab work, which didn't happen. So, when the lab never showed up, I called back and they told me the only thing they could do was set up another doctors appointment. I told them the doctor just saw him and wanted lab work. They said they didn't know what labwork she wanted, so rather than contact the doctor to ask, they said it would be faster just to set up another doctors appointment for my grandfather. It took months worth of phone calls to get my grandfather's meds all ordered once he switched to their service. They didn't put refills on some of them and then rejected it when I put in a refill request. But rather than call me to tell me, I was notified by the pharmacy. I'm assuming they want to see him again. But no one in the office answers the phone on the nurse line, the scheduling line or the billing line and their voicemails are ALL full or not set up. Save yourself some time and stress and RUN. I finally decided it would be easier to set up wheelchair transport and take my grandfather to a real doctor's office than deal with the stress of having to call this office multiple times/week just to get nowhere.
