        I didn't have a problem with the Wellness Center until they changed to Marathon. Now, apparently, you can't call in prescriptions anymore after hours. They just removed that service. Didn't ask me, didn't even tell me. I just had to find that out the hard way. I'm getting really tired of this trend.

        Scheduling is a mess. Talked to them multiple times bc they kept double booking so asked me to move my appt. Once I moved it, they confirmed it on the phone twice before hanging up. Show up to be told it was never moved, and someone else is booked at that time, and that I was schedule for my original time that they made me change. What a waste of time they make it such a pain so you dont use the benefits.
