Meritas Health Express - 64th Street

We have been turned away TWICE by the front desk employees. Once last year when I ended up having oral shingles and today when my son had a 103.5 degree fever. The front desk employee was extremely rude both times and said they dont serve people who are sick. The website specifically says care for flu and minor illness. We had appointments both times.

I've been here for myself and children several times in the last year and it has been a great experience each time. I love that I can schedule ahead a time slot to arrive that same day, and both nurse practitioners have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend and will continue to use, as our other Meritas primary care providers are difficult to get seen short notice because they are so great as well.
