        Had many Tumi bags over the years, this location made repairs on the spot without having to send in. Awesome service, love this brand, will continue to buy for my luggage needs and encourage others to do so!

        Went into the store with a broken handle. Nicole was so nice and helpful. She figured out the handle and swapped it for me. No hassle and a huge smile. She then showed me some new items. Great store, super clean, and super great service.
