I brought my claddagh ring in because it had completely broken in half on the front and back. They got it fixed extremely fast, in about two days, for a very affordable price, and it looks absolutely fantastic! I am very pleased with the work and the customer service of Brookside Jewelry. I needed a new spring bar for my wristwatch which had broken and I stopped by Brookside Jewelry because I happened to have been dining out in the area with my family and they fixed my watch literally within a couple of minutes and for an incredibly reasonable price! We were really happy to have found the store because there was a great selection of watches and other jewelry so we're definitely coming back! Thank you again!

Ive wandered in over the years to have battery watches changedIm not a jewelry person, but I found myself with an unused wedding ring to offload. I did a little feng shui research to see what stones are best for me, they had them, I brought in a few extra pieces that I never wore, and traded the lot for a pair of earrings and a new ring. Couldnt be happier, and the process was super easy and fun. So much to choose from, too. Im surprised I was able to make a decision! Gorgeous stuff!

I wish I could have given a 5 star review because they ladies that work there are so kind. I took a ring in to have it engraved. The man that does the engraving said it should be no problem and it will be done in 1-2 weeks. After having no contact after 2 weeks, I called and was told they were really busy with other stuff, but he would get it done before leaving town the next week. I even had to go in to look at the markings he made before starting the engraving process. Looked great. After a week with no contact again, I called and was told that he decided he couldn't do it and I needed to come get it. 3 weeks waiting for nothing. I feel as though he ran out of time choosing to work on other people's more expensive pieces over my fairly in expensive engraving. I was given an excuse that "his hands don't work as well anymore". I'm not sure I would have ever gotten a call, but I'm positive he made sure he was not present when I came to pick it up. I would take your business elsewhere.
