This is a great dealership; it runs like a well-oiled machine. They were able to quickly find the problem with my 17-year-old Dodge, and locate a part. So everything worked out great. I was out of there in good time. The waiting area was very nice; everything was clean and designed for easy social distancing. People there were friendly, and it was even a good place for children. No problems at all with the repair. The employees were courteous, pleasant, and efficient, which is probably why the customers were so comfortable. I didn't hear a single complaint or negative comment from customers or employees. I'll definitely go back, especially if I want to buy another vehicle, or if I need another repair.

I found this dealership by doing a Google search for a Jeep I really wanted. I was nervous and reluctant to go on my own and was really just looking and not going to buy. I ended up speaking with Michael (goes by Chris) who was new. He was patient with me even though I was nervous and stressed out about this purchase. Dalton helped a lot with the financing and got me down to a payment I felt comfortable with. I am so appreciative of how they got me into a great car. I am a very happy customer and recommend them if youre looking for a car!

I went in for a specific truck, but actually found a better deal on one I'm even happier with! Quentin was a FANTASTIC sales rep. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made buying my pickup fast and painless. I'll be recommending State Line Dodge and Quentin specifically to anybody I know who's looking for a new vehicle. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

This was my first experience with State Line CDJR. I called on a Monday trying to get our Jeep in to address a mechanical issue. Darcy was able to slide us in for an afternoon appointment and Kailey did an awesome job of getting us in and out quickly. Kailey had great communication and provided top notch customer service.
