I love the Sullivan Studio! I have hired them to design spaces in our first home, in my personal office spaces, in our rental before we purchased our second home, and now in our second home--and I can't recommend them highly enough. I appreciate their ability to see the aesthetic look we're going for and to incorporate functionality with it so that our spaces work for our family in ways I didn't realize were possible. I also appreciate that they're happy to work within any budget. It's nice to know that I can trust to hire them for a complete renovation project or to design just 2 small spaces in the house, and they treat every job with the same enthusiasm and excellence. The functionality of their design still shocks me. As a family of 4, we moved into a 900 sq.foot townhome for a time before we found our second home, and it was utterly shocking how they found ways to make that tiny home comfortably work for us. They learned about our daily flow of life so that we could function smoothly, had so many storage solutions, and it made the big transition for our family absolutely enjoyable. Now that we're in our new home, I am so thrilled to hire the team to design this home because I know they will listen to our wants and come up the best and most beautiful functional designs for each space. We thought we knew the design that we wanted for our Primary Bathroom, Primary Closet, Laundry Room, and Mudroom. However Amy provided some really creative ideas and we completely changed our layout. We were able to achieve a "spa-like" look that is extremely functional and includes her innovative ideas for extra storage. Her style matched ours but she also pushed us out of our comfort zone with different colors and tiles. We are very pleased with the overall design and look of the spaces and would recommend Amy to anyone.

Look no further. Seriously. You can stop researching now. Amy and her team have helped our real estate company on projects of all shapes and sizes, from single-family homes and small multi-family properties to commercial buildings and 100+ unit apartment complexes. Interior, exterior, everything in between. Yet the result is always the same: a beautiful, peaceful, elevated space. Things Amy and team do well outside of the obvious? Creative problem solving, project management that makes you sleep well at night, great communication, taking the time to understand your vision and what YOU want I could go on and on.
