After a thorough corporate selection and interview process, we hired Michelle Ford of Michelle Ford Designs to develop the design prototype for our 30 retail locations. It was a formidable task for a designer because some things were a given, such as our trademark unique and bold color! Also, each retail location varied in type and style from the next; she was not dealing with cookie cutter retail stores! It was up to her to give us a look on a budget, and she pulled it off beautifully! Michelle is very flexible and understanding. She navigated group decisions, tight timelines, multiple vendors and installers, people and personalities, all with grace and ease. She never appeared to get rattled or ruffled no matter what we threw at her! And she was consistently focused on delivering a first-class outcome with top-notch customer service. We admired her ability to take what we had to work with and build on it. Her design direction provided us with a signature look we could replicate throughout our locations. Michelle brought a unique sense of style and creativity to our branding efforts by combining spunky pieces with solid, yet vibrant accent items to cement our look with customers. Michelle Ford Design is absolute tops! She gave us a gorgeous, coordinated space all within our budget. Michelle is the complete package: a talented designer, a creative problem solver and a complete professional!

Our home sold very quickly thanks to Michelle Ford of Michelle Ford Designs and her fabulous staging skills. It was amazing to watch her work! She walked in, assessed our home and very quickly had a vision of what should be showcased and how to incorporate the items we already had in our residence to accentuate those areas. The transformation was swift as we worked together to move pieces around to direct the potential buyers eye to the unique qualities of our home. Truthfully, at first we didnt get her vision as items were being moved about, but we trusted in her magic and were amazed at the marvelous outcome. Her talent is incredible to behold! In addition to Michelles design skills, she is an excellent communicator. She is very responsive, diplomatic and proactive. Without a doubt, Michelle Fords creativity and vision maximized the value of our property and we feel had a direct and positive impact on our ability to sell our home, for the full asking price, within six hours of its listing.
