        Our thermostat quit working during the cold snap (outside temps were -30 with windchill). We called Jacob Heating & Cooling at 9:00pm on a Saturday night and he was at our house by 10:00pm, despite being busy and it being freezing outside!! He was able to get our heat to turn back on for the night, and then came back the next morning to install a new thermostat (which he picked up at Lowes, himself!) What a great guy. We cant give him enough stars. He was very kind, very efficient, and HIGHLY recommended him! Thanks, Jacob H&C!!
