I'm not much of a professional hotel visitor. But they certainly do take their time to make you feel welcome regardless. The rooms look super clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Nathaniel was amazing! He helped me with an early check in, showcased great dining options in the city, and was very friendly! Overall, great service.

Neat hotel with a storied building and kind, knowledgeable team members. The restaurant downstairs has some good options, although theyre a bit expensive. Everything downtown is pretty expensive, though. Its walkable to and from the TMobile Center as well.
Had some issues with remote and AC, and both were fixed promptly. Cant ask for more.

Our sink was broken and the coffee maker was dirty. I paid $512 for a one night stay. It wasnt worth that much, by a stretch. But the staff was awesome.

I am giving this 5 star review SPECIFICALLY for Nathaniels service. We stayed at this hotel on a business trip and the room was paid for prior to arrival with a company card. When we arrived we had to put a physical card on file for incidentals and to our surprise, we were immediately hit with $588 of charges unexpectedly ($488 random charges and 100 hold for incidentals which reversed in 3 days). We immediately talked to the manager on duty and he told us he showed no record of these charges to our card and that we would have to file a charge back with our bank. Well that was back in early Feb and we still have been out $488 and disputing the charge. When we called and spoke with Nathaniel this morning, he was SOOOOO helpful and immediately saw that the charges were incorrect and issued us a refund. It took less than 10 minutes to get an issue resolved with Nathaniel that we have been dealing with for nearly 2 months. I think Nathaniel should be looked at for management if he isnt already, because he is the only reason we will consider staying at this hotel again when we travel to KC next year for work!! Thank you so much Nathaniel!!!
