15/10 stars, would recommend. My fianc and I are buying a house that had some serious foundation repairs before it went on the market. I called Robin on a Tuesday to see If Frank was available to do a structural inspection as soon as possible. Robin squeezed me into Franks busy schedule within 2 days. Robin is VERY personable and she even took the time to listen to my long rant. When Frank came out, he was professional and personable as well. He has 30 years of experience with impressive knowledge. Everything turned out great on our property, but he still took the time to explain how to maintain the foundation of your home. These people are amazing. Definitely the best customer service I have had in a long time.

We had some settling, cracks in walls and doors that were misaligned right after Christmas of last year. Being uncertain of what exactly the cause was, we reached out to Frank for an assesment and report. He came over and did a very thorough review of our home, took measurements and provided us great guidance of what needed to be done to the foundation and drainage to prevent further issues. It was not great news, as we need some piering, but it was reassuring to know it was not as bad as had thought and to have the guidance of an engineer, instead of simply opinions from foundation companies, was very helpful.
