Purchasing mulch at Lowes was an awesome experience! Purchased and drove to the side, employees quickly loaded our mulch and we were off!!

Jamie from the garden center is the only reason I still come to this place. * edit and I wanted to update this review to clarify. I came up here one day to get a tree replaced, so I had to go to customer service and I waited there for over 45 minutes I began to become very upset, which is unprofessional, but it was because Ive already dug up this live tree and needed to get it replaced. It was already out of the ground. But Kat never came to the front that day, no Manager ever helped me. I wished Jamie would have just been there this day because this mess wouldve never happened. But I needed to clarify that I never spoke to Manager that day. I had to walk around the store trying to find Kat the only manager that was on staff and she was nowhere to be found. Thats why I got so upset. Even the girl at customer service said yeah if Manager would just come up here I know that we could replace the tree because Jamie knows youve bought so many trees here. This other staff member by the name of Tim was the one that told me no they couldnt replace it, but he wasnt a manager, and this was after I had waited 45 minutes in hopes that Kat was going to appear This whole day was a mess. I feel bad for getting upset, but if a manager would have just showed up to the customer service after Id already spent so much effort digging up this tree that I got here last spring and wouldve given me five minutes this mess wouldve never happened. But I guess I wasnt important enough for the manager to come up and talk to or anything I was irrelevant that day. The only thing I got was attitude from Tim, who jumped into the situation, telling me no, when, instead of that, he couldve been compassionate and caring towards the situation and thought hey let me go help find Kat but no none of this happened, no teamwork, or care. I was just sent on my way with my half dead tree and my crushed hopes for planting that evening, and now with a new bald spot in my landscape (as I already removed the tree that SHOULD have been replaced easily). Yeah who wouldnt be livid? Without talking to any manager. No manager looked at the tree, in fact, the only two girls up at customer service that didnt have the code to approve it were the only people that cared, but it was the managers job and she never showed up. If Jamie were there that day, this wouldve never happened, because shes the best manager/employee at this location and she doesnt let things like this happen. Shes not lazy, shes passionate about her job. So yeah Im sorry I got so upset this particular day. Im a passionate person, and when people disregard me and walk through life like they dont care because theyre NOT passionate and they just wanna have attitude, well yeah Im gonna get upset and have one right back. Yall need to hire people that are passionate about helping others and that care. not people that wanna have an attitude when theyre forced to help others. Its wild. as Britney once said best, theres only two types of people in the world #smh

cashiers are rude and it's a ridiculous policy that lowes won't price match other stores
