HomeInstead provide wonderful, caring and responsive support for my brother who is a stroke disabled adult living at home. They are flexible, responsive and dedicated to their clients. Home Instead, location 528, has been such a rock in my mothers home over the past several years. The care team is made up of wonderful individuals who truly care about my mother and her day to day happiness and health. Im not sure what our family would do without them. They have made it possible for my mom to remain in her home and comfortable and we love them for it!

Home Instead, Ward Parkway, location 528, in Kansas City Missouri, is such a wonderful group of beautiful souls. My mother, age 88, fell and broke her pelvis this year. We were so worried when it was time for her to come back to her house out of rehab, as her partner is 91, and he is quite frail too. Luckily I was able to find the fabulous company Home Instead. They are up front about their fees, and they can do anything from so many hours, to every day, to day and night help. The home care staff come daily from 11-3 and have been so beautiful to my family. They do groceries, errands, help clean up, take my mom to her doctor's appointments, even go to restaurants with them. In many ways, because of their help, I feel that my mother and her partner will be able to live in their house for many more years before any other moves or changes... well, I KNOW it is because of the help and care at Home Instead. If I ever have worries, I call them. I am in grad school full time and my brother lives in another state, and it's just hard to be over there all the time, as many reading this probably know. From the day mom came home, when we were all falling apart and nervous, the Home Instead staff came over, and calmed our nerves, gave us hugs, and told us, "it's time to let us take care of them, you've done a wonderful job, now let go, and go home and get some rest." Many on the staff have been there over 20 years, and all work with seniors in such a deep and beautiful way, like a mission almost. You feel this in everyone's hearts. This was a life changing and profound moment. Thank you Home Instead. I HIGHLY recommend this company. There aren't enough STARS on Google to give them... 1000 STARS?! Bless you!
