From the caregivers to the owner - it is without question THE company to utilize for a private paying patient and family. They are truly about service with compassion and excellence. 100% dedicated to matching caregivers with the patient. To say they are highly professional would be an understatement. The owner himself will go the extra mile for any patient at moments notice. They set the standard.

        Joe from Preferred Care at Home was a pleasure to work with and so very informative of all options available to us both from his company and pointing us to additional assistance with palliative/hospice care. We signed up for his company's service and were very excited to get our mother help with our father. Unfortunately, our father passed away within three days of meeting with Joe. But the hospice care he pointed us to was invaluable. Thank you, Joe.

      Deangelo, we try hard to provide a great experience for our caregivers and clients, and so we are not happy that you feel this way.We do want to clarify a few things: First and foremost, we pride ourselves on being an equal-opportunity employer, and we do not tolerate any type of discrimination against our care team or office personnel. As you know, we work with clients who are often in a transition stage of their life and there can be instances where they are not themselves due to things outside of their control, and in those circumstances, we try our best to make sure the care team member, client, and the client’s family are on the same page as to how to continue in a manner that works for everyone. But we understand that these moments can be difficult.Second, we take compensation very seriously as well. As our care coordinator has explained, we have regular and scheduled pay periods, and you are to receive your pay on 10/28.
