I have never had such an amazing haircut as I have from Adrienne Mason! With thin fine hair, I have looked for years for a good hairstylist who could give a good cut with my type of hair. Not only does she give me the best cut I've ever had, she cuts and styles it to look thick and full. Additionally, she is so pleasant and personable, upbeat high vibe and gives the most professional cut I've ever received. Amy Shumate

One-sided cancellation policy. I have been seeing a provider for 5 years. I have never missed an appointment. Unfortunately I suffer from migraines from time to time, and I sadly could not physically get to my appointment. I called 3 hours in advance. So I was charged a mandatory 50% of the price of the service. In this case it was $150 dollars. However, that service price was not listed in their online booking, so you have no idea what you are risking if you have an emergency. I understand needing to have a fee to keep people from cancelling on providers last-minute, but where's the humanity? I've been a long-time customer of this salon. Unfortunately I don't feel valued as a customer if they can't treat loyal customers with dignity when sick. A fee is fine, but 150$ that wasn't stated online? And they probably filled the slot anyway. Not customer focused. My friend had her recent appointment cancelled by them last minute. So apparently accountability only goes one way. I will not be returning.
