This place has been amazing. Its all about how much work you put into the class. Other people will be going hard, the coaches will push you and the workouts are not easy. The only thing left is how much effort do you want to put into it? Take a chance and try them out. Ill see you there

This is such a fun place to work out! Its something new every day, and the staff really makes every effort to welcome you and be friendly and helpful. Anytime I had to communicate with them they got back to me right away. Im gonna miss these guys but we are Tulsa bound.

F45 Crossroads is the place to be! The staff, trainers, and members bring me so much joy while working out each class. As someone who works remotely, I truly look forward to going to class and getting out of the house after a long day of work. Holly and the other team members are always so kind and motivating! If you're looking for a place to sweat it out while jamming to the best tracks, this is the place for you!
