Cosentino's Market

Being new to the Brookside area, it was great to see there was a supermarket less than a mile away. My first visit was good. The people were friendly, and the store offered great selections, albeit at slightly higher prices than some of their competitors for identical items. However, three of the last four trips have been very different. In all three cases, the cashier never spoke to me at all. After this last trip, I finally spoke to a manager, Devon. She, of course, apologized and seemed genuinely surprised by my experience, so hopefully, this is just an outlier, but it really has come across as a terribly abrasive place to do my shopping, no matter the convenience.

Decent selection, but I actively avoid this place when I'm going to be accosted every single time for money when I can barely afford food myself.

Great deli! Fresh and great veggies. The best bakery for cakes hands down! Has an armed security guard at all hours!

I love the produce and meat counter at this store. And the sale associated are very professional.

I stopped by on Sunday. The Assistant store manager named Devon was wonderful! She truly understands customer service. Thank you for your help Devon. Thank you for making things right even though you didnt create the situation.
