Thomas is awesome. I have an older garage door with a chain. He spent a good hour repairing it. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything. Only fixed what needed fixing. He came equipped and on time. He gave great advice. Explained everything well. I like this company. I'm going to use them on my next home. Thomas Spriggel you're awesome.

This company is all about customer service. I had an issue with my door and he fixed it well, on time and for good. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. He stands by his Install, products and service. I was transported back in time to when there was actually customer service. Very happy customer.

Such a great experience with this company. Personable, caring and really wants to help. Took the extra time to try to fit us in earlier than our original appointment when we asked if it was possible. This company has been around for awhile and still just wants to help their customers. Great company.

Tom is excellent and a true professional. We contacted him to install garage door openers after reading positive reviews on our neighborhood forum. He promptly scheduled an appointment at no charge to come look at our existing openers and found they were in great shape. He gave us his honest opinion that he would not change out the openers in this condition and also told us only to replace the springs when they absolutely needed to be replaced - this is so different from other garage door specialists we contacted who seemed so eager to just book another job. He doesn't try to sell himself and he's an honest and kind human being. He installed our pre-purchased Chamberlain motors quickly and efficiently. We were not happy with how loud the openers were and he called their customer service for us on his own time. He came back TWICE - once to tighten the doors so that no light creeped through and affected the sensors and another time to try to install new motors that Chamberlain sent us after he had spoken with them. He did not charge us for these visits and he truly did it because he wanted us to be happy with our product. Unfortunately, the new motors didn't really make a difference, but we were so happy Tom gave it a try anyway. If your main goal is quiet openers, I would recommend going with Genie or one of Tom's professional grade openers in the future - the Chamberlain disappointed. Overall, Tom is excellent and he is our go-to person for anything garage related. He is so professional, and a truly kind human being. We look forward to working with him again!
