        I ordered a coolant tank and had it shipped next day. I fully expected to pay the freight charge but expected to have the part next day. They get the part next day and have to hold it for 3 more days because they didnt get the invoice from their supplier. I was told that I still have to pay the freight because it wasnt their fault. I expect to pay for a service and receive it. If I knew it was going to be days before I got the overnight shipped part, I wouldve found another avenue to receive the part.
