My last new vehicle was purchased in 2001- a Ford F150 that I love! Unfortunately, with over 350,000 miles, I knew I needed to start looking. When I met Charlie I knew I wanted him to be the one to help with my next purchase. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Charlie was very patient and always quick with a test drive, and smile- I appreciated the attention from him and his team- always accommodating, but never pushy, and always ready to answer questions and make my experience feel special. Thank you Charlie for helping me find my new car- I love it! Financing went great, so quick! Even a trip or two to the service department to check out a minor issue, per my request, was really nice. This place has really gone downhill over the last few years. You will have a better experience almost anywhere else.

Ive bought many vehicles but this experience completely tops all purchases. I was so impressed with how smooth the whole process was. People were kind and accommodating. Brian knew exactly what I was looking for. I picked the first truck he showed me. The leadership trickles down to each individual employee. Terry leads a fantastic team! They work hard for their customers. Forever a fan and will return for my next vehicle!

Jacob Trillin was great to deal with! He listened to what I wanted in a car, showed me several options, I test drove 3 cars and decided on a 2021 Ford Edge. I will definitely go back to Gary Crossely Ford.
