I see that the previous reviews are very mixed about Pro Circuit. My experience, though, was nothing short of stellar and I do give Wayne the majority of credit for that. He project managed the generator installation from start to finish, but I also had a great experience with the crew and office staff as well. There are a lot of pieces to getting a generator installed and it was all very well managed. Waynes education about Generac was excellent as well as his scheduling and followup. We had a hiccup regarding an extended warranty offered by Generac and he did not stop bugging them until it was made right. Id love to have customer service like this from every company I do business with!

Scattered and unorganized scheduling, and very little follow through after their generator install. Not responsive and unhelpful after their work. It knocked out our water heater and radiators and very poor communication and service Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

I worked with Wayne , he was very good to plan the work we needed. We installed a Generac , and he came out and explained how they could do the job it worked out great. The crew he sent was very nice and did great work, thanks Pro Circuit, Butch.. Service: Electrical wiring installation
