        I brought my 5-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced. The piercing gun malfunctioned and did not pierce her ears fully the first time. They had to do it again, so obviously, my daughter was traumatized twice. The staff handled it well and we got our piercing and a pair of earrings for free. However, Im extremely disappointed in Rowan because theyre supposed to be nurses. I couldve gone to Claires and had teenagers pierce her ears for this experience. Two stars because they handled it professionally and with care, but I hated this experience for my daughter.
